I'm Imma, and I have been in the Real Estate Business since 2002, as a Highly Sensitive Real Estate Professional™ ( HSREP ™ ) myself, I understand WHY people struggle to reach their full potential. Knowing that 70% of Agents leave the Industry in the first 2 years, I knew I had to find a way to keep them on track. I set out on a quest to discover the missing links in the Industry's versions of "training" as an HSP I always felt that something was missing or wrong with me. My journey is deeply personal. When I met my coach, Heather Dominick, I discovered that I am a “super duper” Highly Sensitive individual—a realization that completely changed my life. For years, I didn’t understand that my sensitivity, while powerful, was also holding me back. Through intentional work and self-discovery, I learned to face my shadows, release what no longer served me, and lean into my strengths. That transformation not only reshaped how I see myself, but also how I show up in the world. Today, I channel that awareness and empathy into my passion for helping others—especially through the meaningful work of guiding people toward homeownership. There’s no better path for me than one that allows me to help others build stability, confidence, and a true sense of belonging.
